Electric connection method
1. Off-grid solutions
To insure safety and easy maintenance, please install the air switch and fuses as shown. Make sure the output voltage of wind turbine, the battery voltage and the output voltage of inverter are equal to each other. Don’t take the wrong connection of anodes and cathodes to avoid burning of generator, batteries and inverter.
2. Grid-connected solution
All the wind turbines in different types can be applied in grid-connected environment, but it also needs the permission of local electric regulation as well as a grid-connected controlled inverter.
Maintenance method
The working condition of wind turbine may be extremely bad, and it’s of possibility to fall across all kinds of adverse weather conditions. So regular check and maintenance are necessary for the system to keep normal working.
1. Check if the tightwires are too loose or too tight, and regulate it timely especially during the early days of installation and days after a gale.
2. Check if the connections of every part are impaired, loose or corrosion to insure electric safety.
3. As to batteries, pay attention to keep the height of electrolyte, add it timely. (Reference to the battery instruction)
4. Before hurricane or other wicked weathers, in order to prevent the unexpected losses, it’s advisable to lay down the tower.
Note: Suggest you to conduct an inspection every 3 months.
